Part-Time Secretary-Treasurer’s Schedule 2019

Due to local bylaw changes the Vancouver Secretary-Treasurer position is now part-time. Please the schedule below for dates the Secretary-Treasurer will be in the office. This schedule respects the local bylaws requirement to work 10 days per month on the work floor for Canada Post.

February	11^th – 15^th and 25^th – 28^th

March	1^st, 11^th – 15^th and 25^th – 29^th

April	8^th – 12^th, 22^nd – 26^th, 29^th & 30^th

May	1^st – 3^rd, 27^th – 31^st

June	3^rd – 7^th , 17^th – 21^st

July	2^nd – 5^th, 15^th – 19^thand 29^th – 31^st

August	1^st & 2^nd, 12^th – 16^th, 26^th – 30^th

September	9^th – 13^th, 23^rd – 27^st

October	7^th -11^th, 21^st – 25^th

November	4^th – 8^th, 18^th to 22^nd

December	2^nd – 6^th, 16^th – 20^th, 30^th & 31^st

During the times where the local Secretary-Treasurer is not scheduled in the local office, concerns and questions can be emailed to the Secretary-Treasurer. In urgent cases, members should contact another officer at the Vancouver Local.

Please note the office is closed on all statutory holidays applicable to CUPW members and that while this schedule may be adjusted during the course of the year any
changes will be published and made available to the membership.
