Pre-Contract Negotiation Conference Meeting

Join The Vancouver Local Executive Committee and members of the Vancouver Local for this one day workshop/meeting where we will formulate our contract demands and add or amend demands that were previously submitted for last year’s round of bargaining.
These demands will then be ratified at our February 23, 2017, General Membership Meeting, before being submitted to the Regional Office.
This is the first step in the democratic process that can result in changes to the way our Union enters into the next round of collective bargaining. This ensures your voice and concerns are included in our demands. Your participation will only serve to strengthen our position and protect our hard fought rights and entitlements, as the Employer seeks to strip us of them.
