Organization Committee Meeting: February 26, 2015

YOU ARE INVITED!

The Organization Committee invites YOU to its next scheduled meeting! The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has a proud history of Active Community Involvement. Add your valuable input and have a voice, if not a vote with our Committee. We are a Social Force that has brought great things to people besides their Amazon orders and letters from Grandma. For example, in 1981, as a result of a forty-two (42) day strike, CUPW successfully negotiated Maternity leave. This was later extended to other government workers and is now a benefit that is extended to all Canadians. This summer marks the 50th year Anniversary of the Job Action that separated the wheat from the chaff. Look how far we have come, look how far we have yet to go. Where will you be when the action starts; which side are YOU on?
