help us to promote the Special Needs and
Moving On Projects with members in your
workplace.
The Special Needs and Moving On are
projects of the CUPW Child Care Fund. The
Special Needs project supports members
with young children (0 – 18 years) who have
special needs. The Moving On Project
supports members who have primary care
responsibility for their adult daughters and
sons with disabilities.

Following the resignation of Joseph Henderson-McCance, there is a vacancy in the role of Chief Shop Steward, External, MSC.

A. Shall be elected officers and voting members of the Executive Committee.
B. Shall be members of the Grievance Committee.
From the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Asian people have been unfairly vilified and scapegoated as responsible for the virus and its spread. This has led to an increase in anti-Asian racism, around the world, including in our country.
A new report from the Chinese Canadian National Council, tallied over 1,000 incidents of anti-Asian racism since the beginning of the pandemic. These incidents range from physical and public assaults, vandalism, and racial slurs and epithets to name a few.
The National Executive Board has selected Sister Nancy Beauchamp, National Director of the Metro Montreal Region, as Chief Negotiator of the RSMC negotiating committee and Sister Lana Smidt, National Director of the Prairie Region, as Chief Negotiator of the Urban Postal Operations (UPO) negotiating committee.
