By Car: turn right down the ramp (after the shop fronts) on Dawson St. to the back of the building
Application Deadline: Friday, January 15, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. (noon)This course is specifically designed to help existing or future shop stewards and activists prepare for the upcoming year of contract negotiations and struggle with the employer. Despite CPC’s business success, due to online shopping and record breaking parcel volume deliveries, CPC’s Board of Directors has made it clear that workers are an afterthought in their grand plan. Learn skills and gain tools on how we can best organize our work floors for the coming year of negotiations, and possible strike or lockout. Nobody wants to strike, but an organized membership is a powerful influence and will help our CUPW negotiators at the bargaining table.
Please ensure your course application includes your regularly scheduled shift as well as your RDOs and work area or depot.
